The idea behind Pay-Per-Click is simple - you bid on keywords that you wish your website to be found under e.g. 'dentist ventura', 'dental implants lenoir', 'porcelain veneers la' etc. Google Adwords allows you to be found under any keyword search and targeted to your local area.
You can be found on the Google Adwords within minutes and you only pay when your ad is clicked on by a prospective patient.
The main focus with Google Adwords is conversion. The better your ads are in converting visitors, the increased exposure you will have on the Google Adwords. With this in mind, we recommend the following in setting up a Google Adwords Campaign:
- Initial Phone consultation
During the phone consultation, Surf Pacific will determine which products / services you would like to promote, what makes your practice unique in its approach, which age group you wish to market to and which regions in Australia you would like to target. You can target ads to local, national or international searches.
- Keyword research
After speaking with a staff member regarding the direction of the online marketing campaign, keyword research will be made. The more information you can give Surf Pacific, the more specific the keyword research will be.
- Setup Google Account
To start on Google Adwords, Surf Pacific will setup a Google account for you on your behalf. There is a one-off $5 charge from Google for setup. The campaign budget will be linked to your practice credit card.
- 3 Landing pages with a call to action
Keeping in mind the products / services you would like to target, our team of graphic designers will create a landing page similar to your website but with a focus on the services you would like to promote. It is also recommend that a call to action or special offer be placed on the landing pages.
- 2 Ads per landing page to enable split testing
For each landing page we design, we will create two ads targeting a specific market and specific product service. Split testing is running two ads alongside each other with the better performing ad becoming a benchmark for all future ads.
- Setup Reports
Advertising on Google is not like advertising on the Yellow Pages. You will get regular reports on how well the campaign is performing.
- Google Analytics to track conversion
An important part of advertising on Google is seeing how well the campaign is performing. Google Analytics is visual software that can be use to see how website visitors interact with your site and if there is any need for improvement. If need be, the website will be adjusted and refined.
- Regular Ongoing tuition via email and phone
